Design and Display
Upfront, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with a waterdrop notch. It comes with a Full HD+ resolution and supports a 90Hz refresh rate.
The back design of the A14 5G looks similar to the upcoming Galaxy S23/S23+. It has three circular modules for each rear camera and typical “Samsung” branding at the bottom side. Likewise, it comes in Black, Green, Red, and Silver color options.
Camera
Here, you get a triple camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. Similarly, it has a pair of 2MP macro and depth cameras.
On the front, you get a 13MP selfie camera. Talking about videography, it can record up to 1080p@30fps video from both front and back cameras.
Performance and Memory
The phone is powered by Exynos 1330 chipset. It is a newly announced chipset featuring an octa-core CPU that clocks up to 2.5Ghz. Likewise, it has Mali-G68 MC4 GPU to handle graphics. BTW, there is also a Dimensity 700 chipset variant which is limited to the European market.
The device comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The latter can be expanded up to 1 TeraByte using a MicroSD card slot. On the software side, it runs on Android 13 out of the box with One UI Core 5 on top.

The Galaxy A13 5G packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. Its other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 5Ghz Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 2.0 port.
