Today, Vivo has unveiled two new devices in the V23 series in India. The new devices in the series include the Vivo V23 Pro and the vanilla Vivo V23. Let’s have a look at the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of the Vivo V23 Pro 5G in Nepal.

Vivo V23 Pro 5G Overview:

Display and Design

Here, Vivo V23 Pro comes with a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It is a 3D curved panel that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It comes with iPhone 13 series-like notch at the top that houses a dual front camera setup. Moreover, it supports HDR10+ contents and can hit up to 1300 nits of brightness.

Vivo V23 Pro Design and Display

The panel of this phone is pretty interesting. It has a color-changing back panel which becomes possible because Flourite AG Glass back with a layer of crystals above it. It changes its color when exposed to sunlight for up to 5-6 minutes.

The back panel also has curved edges which makes it comfortable on the hand.  It comes with a big rectangular island on the back that houses three cameras and a LED flash. It misses out on both 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers setup. Furthermore, customers can choose between two different color options: Stardust Black and Sunshine Gold (color-changing one).

Camera

Vivo’s midrange phone always has an impressive camera setup. Here, Vivo V23 Pro flaunts a triple camera setup on the back. The setup is led by a 108MP primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture. Unfortunately, it lacks OIS but you can enjoy EIS. There is an 8MP ultrawide lens that can capture 120-degree shots. At last, it has a 2MP macro camera for macro shots.

Vivo V23 Pro Rear Camera

As I mentioned earlier, you get a dual-camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP main sensor with Auto Focus (AF). It is accompanied by a 105-degree field of view. Moreover, you can record up to 4k@30fps from both rear and front cameras.

Performance and Memory

Under the hood, Vivo V23 Pro packs MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 5G chipset based on 6nm technology. It is an octa-core chipset with 3.0GHz of peak clock speed. Similarly, handling the graphics is Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. Furthermore, it 17,416 mm2 Ultra Think Vapor Chamber for keeping the device cool.

Moving on, you can choose between 8GB or 12GB of LPDDRx RAM. It is coupled with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone comes with Extended RAM 2.0 which brings 4GB of additional virtual RAM. On the software front, it runs on Android 12 with Funtouch 12 on top.
