Tecno Pop 5X unveiled with 6.5-inch display and Android 10 Go

Tecno has silently launched the Tecno Pop 5X in Mexico. It is an entry-level phone powered by a quad-core processor and runs on Android 10 GO edition. It packs a 4000mAh battery that charges via a MicroUSB port.

The handset sports a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a waterdrop notch that houses a 5MP selfie camera. At the back, it comes with a triple camera setup. There is an 8MP sensor and a couple of QVGA lenses.

Tecno Pop 5X is 8.5mm thick and weighs 150g. It has a rectangular camera island and fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. It also has “Tecno POP” branding and a loudspeaker on the bottom left corner of the back panel.

The phone is available with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. You can also expand the storage using a MicroSD card. Likewise, it supports Wi-Fi, GPS, FM, and Bluetooth.

Tecno Pop 5X retails at MXN 2,000 (~$115) for the sole 2/32GB model in the Latin American country. It is available in two colors: Black, and Green We are still unknown about its global availability.
