Tecno Camon 17 is officially launched in India. It was announced a few weeks back in Nigeria alongside Camon 17 Pro and Camon 17P. Let’s have a look at the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of Tecno Camon 17 in Nepal.

Display and Design

Here, Tecno Camon 17 flaunts a 6.6-inch LCD screen with a disappointing HD resolution. However, the company has provided support for a 90Hz refresh rate. You get 450 nits brightness under High Brightness Mode and it has a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner.

Tecno Camon 17 Design and Display

The device looks similar to its bigger sibling. But it has a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel instead of on the power button. Also, it has a big Camon branding on the bottom left corner. Moreover, users can choose between three different color options: Frost Silver, Deep Sea, and Tranquil Green.

Camera

Taking about the optics, you get a triple camera setup on the back. There is a 48MP main sensor accompanied by a 2MP depth camera and a third lens which is unspecified. Upfront, it has a 16MP selfie camera. Both front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps.

Performance and Memory

Under the hood, Tecno Camon 17 packs a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. It is a 12nm chipset with an eight-core CPU and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. We have already seen this chipset on different budget devices such as Micromax In Note 1, Redmi Note 9, and many more.

The phone comes with 128GB of internal storage paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Similarly, it runs on Android 11 with HIOS 7.6 on top.
