Display and Design
Here, the Xperia 10 III comes with a 6-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels which makes the display taller. It has a regular 60Hz refresh rate and has support for HDR 10 contents. The panel is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Like other Sony Phones, it also has a big head and chin.
The back design is quite familiar to existing Sony handsets. There is a LED flash placed just above the pill-shaped camera bump. It has quite slim and light with 8.2mm thickness and 169g weight. You get four different color options: Black, Blue, Pink, and White. For the water and dust protection, the company has provided IP65/68 rating.
Camera
The phone has a 12MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. There is an 8MP ultrawide lens that comes with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 120-degree field of view. Completing the setup with an 8MP telephoto lens has an aperture of f2.4 and supports 2x optical zoom.
On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. As far as video is concerned, the phone can record 4k@30fps from the rear camera only while the 1080p videos at 30 frames per second can be recorded from both rear and front cameras.

Under the hood, the Xperia 10 III packs in Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G chipset. It has eight Kryo 560 cores clocking to up to 2.0GHz. Here, Adreno 619 GPU handles the graphics.
The handset is available in only one memory option of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. You can also expand the storage via a MicroSD card but uses a SIM slot. It ships with Android 11 out of the box.
