Samsung Galaxy M53 Overview:
Display and Design
Samsung Galaxy M53 has the same 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display as its predecessor. The display comes with a Full HD+ resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels resulting in a 20:9 aspect ratio and ~394 PPI density. Similarly, it has the same smoothness with its 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it has a hole punch aligned at the top center for a selfie camera.
The handset brings similar to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy M33 5G. It has a square camera module at the back with a LED flash placed just below the camera island. Samsung is yet to provide IP certification in their M-series devices so you should be looking at either A53 or A73 for IP certification.
Similarly, the handset comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner even though it packs an AMOLED display. Moreover, it is available in three color variants: Green, Blue, and Brown.
Camera
Moving on, Samsung Galaxy M53 is equipped with a quad-camera setup at the back. It features a larger 108MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and still misses out on OIS. Similarly, it has a small downgrade in the ultrawide camera as it has an 8MP sensor instead of a larger 12MP. The remaining two lenses are macro and depth cameras each of 2MP. Likewise, it has a 32MP selfie camera which is also capable of recording videos up to 4k@30fps like its primary rear camera.

Performance and Memory
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G chipset. It is a 6nm chipset with an octa-core CPU in which two cores run on 2.4Ghz and reaming six runs on 2.0Ghz. Similarly, its graphics work is handled by the Mali-G68 MC4 GPU.
The device will be going on sale with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The latter is upgradeable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card. Similarly, it runs on One UI 4.1 on top of Android 12.
Rest of the Specs
The battery size remains the same at a 5000mAh battery that charges at the same 25W speed. It is still packed with a single bottom-firing speaker and the 3.5mm headphone jack was already removed from its predecessor. Similarly, it has some downgrades and upgrades in connectivity as well. The device only supports up to (2.4/5Ghz) Wi-Fi ac instead of Wi-Fi 6. However, it brings the latest Bluetooth 5.2 over the 5.0 version.

Samsung is yet to announce the pricing and availability of the Galaxy M53. We will update you as soon as new pops out so keep scanning our website.
