A few weeks back, Samsung launched the Galaxy M32 and now the company has launched the Galaxy M32 with 5G connectivity in India. Samsung has cut down some features to make it a competitive 5G budget phone. Display and Design
Samsung Galaxy M32 5G sports a 6.5-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution. It is a huge downgrade from the original Galaxy M32 which has an FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED panel. Also, its competitors like Poco M3 Pro 5G (much cheaper than the M32 5G) have an FHD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Similarly, it has a waterdrop notch at the top that encloses a front-facing camera.
The phone has an identical rear design to Samsung Galaxy A32 and other recently launched A-series devices. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded on the power button. Further, it is available in two color options: Black and Light Blue.
Camera
Talking about the camera, Samsung has downgraded the primary sensor from 64MP to 48MP. While the remaining three lenses remain the same. There is an 8MP ultrawide lens accompanied by a pair of 2MP macro and depth units.
At the front also, Samsung has replaced the 20MP sensor with a 13MP snapper. Moreover, it will be capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps from both rear and front cameras.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, Galaxy M32 5G packs MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset. It is a 5G chipset based on 7nm technology. According to Samsung, the device has a total of 12 5G bands.
The phone is available in two different memory configurations: 6/128GB and 8/128GB. It also has a dedicated MicroSD card slot for expanding storage up to 1TB.
On the software front, it runs on Android 11 out of the box with One UI 3.1 on top. Samsung has also promised 2 years of major OS updates.

Samsung has also downgraded the battery from 6000mAh to 5000mAh which I feel to be an ideal capacity. Further, it features, 5G, 4G LTE, (2.4/5Ghz) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port.

Samsung Galaxy M32 5G sales start on 2 September from 12PM in India via Amazon India. The 6/128GB variant is priced at INR 20,999 while the 8/128GB variant price is yet to be announced. We expect the Samsung Galaxy M32 5G to start at around NPR 33,999 if and when it launches in Nepal.
