Display and Design
Remi Note 10 Pro 5G comes with a 6.6-inch LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The refresh rate is variable which means it can dynamically switch refresh rate depending upon usage condition for saving the battery life.
Moreover, the display supports the DCI-P3 color gamut with 450 nits of typical brightness. There is a centered punch-hole cutout housing the front-facing camera. Besides that, the screen is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus.
The handset measures 163.3 x 75.9 x 8.9mm and weighs around 193g. It is available in three different color options –Magic Green, Moon Soul, and Star Yarn. Here, the first two color options come with a 3D stereoscopic texture whereas the latter has shining particles that mimic starry night. For water and dust protection, it is IP53 certified.
Camera
On the back, you get a triple camera setup. The setup is led by a 64MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. It has 0.7µm pixels and a focal length of 26mm. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide snapper with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 120-degree field of view. Completing the setup is a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 for macro shots.
Upfront, there is a 16MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2. The rear camera is capable of recording 4k videos at 30fps and 1080p slow-motion videos at 120 frames per second. With a selfie camera, you can only 1080p videos at 30fps and 720p slow-motion at 120fps.

Under the hood, the phone packs the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC based on a 6nm process technology. It features 4x Cortex-A55 clocked at 2.0 GHz and 4x Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz. It is mated with a 9 core Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. The CPU has an integrated 5G modem that supports dual 5G SIM, Wi-Fi 6 and peak download speed up to 4.7Gbps.
That’s being said, the handset comes with a quadruple VC (vapor chamber) cooling system, graphite, thermally conductive gel, and copper foil for keeping the device cool. The cooling system has a heat dissipation area of 16370mm² which can reduce the core temperature by 11℃.
Users get 6/8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 based internal storage. Unfortunately, it lacks a microSD card slot. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on the top.

Fueling the device is a big 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. The phone uses a dual charging chip with a dual wing layout and includes a battery health management system. According to the company, with 67W fast charging, you can charge the phone from 0-100% in just 42 minutes. Thankfully, Redmi has included a 67W fast charger inside the box.
Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G features dual 5G, (dual-band) Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GNSS and other sensors such as USB Type-C, fingerprint sensor (side-mounted), accelerometer, 360° ambient light sensor, gyroscope, ultrasonic proximity sensor, compass, and infrared sensor. But unfortunately, the device misses out on the 3.5mm headphone jack and MicroSD card slot.

The first sale of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is scheduled for June 1 in China. It costs CNY 1,499 for the 6/128GB variant while it costs CNY 1,799 and CNY 1,999 for the 8/128GB and 8/256GB variants respectively. We are still unknown about its global availability.
