Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition comes with a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz three-finger touch sampling rate. The display has 500 nits of typical brightness and reproduces up to 1.07 billion colors. It has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

The device has a glass back design protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The LED ring around the rear cameras lights up when Game Mode is activated.
