Here, Realme C25s sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with an HD+ resolution just like Realme C25. The display has a nearly 88.7% screen-to-body ratio and 570 nits of maximum brightness. It has a waterdrop notch on the top that houses a front-facing camera.
The handset is quite thick due to its huge battery. It measures 8.6mm in thickness and weighs around 209g. It has a square camera bump on the back that contains a triple camera setup and a LED flash. The device is available in two color options: Watery Blue and Watery Grey.

Moving on, you get a 13MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 which supports 5x digital zoom. It is accompanied by a pair of 2MP macro and B&W units. Upfront, there is an 8MP selfie snapper inside the waterdrop notch.
Powering the Realme C25s is a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset based on a 12nm process. It is coupled with 4GBof LPDDR4x RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. You also get a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding storage.
