Poco F3 GT Overview:
Poco F3 GT is highly based on Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition launched in China earlier this year.
Display and Design
Poco F3 GT comes with a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz three-finger touch sampling rate. The panel has 500 nits of typical brightness and is capable of reproducing up to 1.07 billion colors. There is a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.
The phone has a glass back design protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The LED ring around the rear camera lights up when Game Mode is activated. It has magnetic pop-up shoulder buttons on the side, making it easier to access it when the phone is held horizontally. It is also IP53 certified which is very necessary. Further, the handset is available in two different color options: Predator Black, Gunmetal Silver.
Performance and Memory
The Poco F3 GT is powered by a Dimensity 1200 chipset. It has a 6nm-based chipset with a Cortex A78 core clocked at 3GHz, three 2.6GHz and, four 2GHz Cortex cores. The chipset comes with 22% faster CPU performance and 25% faster GPU performance as compared with its predecessor.
It comes with three different memory configurations: 6/128GB, 8/128GB, and 8/256GB. However, only an 8/256GB variant is available in Nepal. The company has shared AnTuTu 9 benchmark score to show how powerful the device is going to be. In the teaser they posted, the Poco F3 GT scored 724,495, which is pretty impressive.
For Cooling, here is graphene, graphite, and a vapor chamber. However, it lacks built-in fans and a fan accessory.
Camera
The triple camera setup on the back is led by a 64MP primary sensor with a 1/2” inch sensor size that supports 4-in-1 pixel binning to produce 16MP images. There is an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view.
The last rear camera is a 2MP macro camera. Similarly, it has a 16MP selfie camera capable of recording 1080 videos at 30fps. From the rear camera, the phone can record 4k and 1080p videos at 60 and 30fps.
Rest of the Specs
The Poco F3 GT packs a big 5065mAh battery. It supports Power Delivery 3.0 and Quick Charge 3+.Thanks to the company for providing a 67W charger inside the box which is becoming rare these days.
Moreover, the phone features dual-SIM 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and Type-C 2.0 port.
