Display and Design
Here, the Oppo Reno5 Z 5G has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a regular 60Hz panel. However, the company has provided a touch sampling rate up to 135Hz which can boost up to 180Hz during gaming. It has a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels which results in a 20:9 aspect ratio. There is a punch-hole cutout on the top left side that houses a selfie camera.
As we mentioned earlier, Reno5 Z 5G is rebranded F19 Pro+, they share a similar form factor. It has a 7.8mm thickness and has a weight of 173g. The phone is available in two color options: Cosmo Blue and Fluid Black. Since it features an AMOLED panel, the fingerprint sensor is placed beneath the front glass.
Camera
Coming to cameras, it has a quad-camera setup at the back. There is a 48MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.7 and uses a 6P lens. It is accompanied by 8MP ultrawide sensors and a couple of 2MP depth and macro cameras. The ultrawide lens can take a 119-degree shot while the macro and depth cameras are used for macro and portrait shots. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter which can only record 1080p videos at 30fps and also supports EIS.
The primary camera is capable of recording 4K@30fps without EIS. With EIS enabled, you can take 1080p videos at 30fps. You can also take 1080p slow-motion videos at 120fps.

MediaTek’s Dimensity 800U 5G chipset powers the phone. It is an octa-core (2x 2.4GHz Cortex-A76 & 6x 2.0GHz Cortex-A55) chipset based on 7nm process technology with Mali-G57 MC3 as GPU. It runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 on the top.
The phone is available in only one memory configuration of 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 based internal storage. Unfortunately, there is no slot for a microSD card. There is a “Game Focus” mode that enhances the gaming experience.
