Design & Build Quality
The device measure 159 x 73.4 x 7.9mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 180g. It has a glossy back design with an aluminum frame. The camera module is almost identical to Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G.
There is a small left-aligned punch-hole cutout at the front for the selfie camera. Bezels and chin are quite minimal. It has a fingerprint sensor beneath the front glass. A dual SIM slot, Type-C 3.1, and 3.5mm headphone jack is available in the phone.

Display
The Reno 5 K 5G sports a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has a 90Hz of refresh rate and an 85.8% screen-to-body ratio. Furthermore, the panel has a 409-pixel density and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Camera
The quad-camera setup is available on the back. The setup is led by a 64MP primary lens with an aperture of f/1.7. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens with an aperture of f/2.2. There are two 2MP macro and depth sensors for macro and portrait shots. The device is capable of recording 4k@30fps and 1080p slow-motion videos at 120fps.
There is a 32MP single front-facing camera on the front in that puunch hole cut out. The sensor has an aperture of f/2.4 and can record 1080p videos at only 30fps.

The device is powered by a QUALCOMM Snapdragon 750G SoC based on 8nm process technology. It has 8 total cores which include 2x 2.2GHz and 6x 1.8GHz Kyro 570. Graphics are handled by Adreno 619 GPU.
It is available with two RAM options: 8GB and 12GB. The 8GB RAM is paired with 128GB of internal storage while the 12GB RAM is coupled with 256GB of storage. Unfortunately, the device is missing a microSD card slot.

Battery & Other Specs
The phone is fueled by a 4300mAh battery. It supports fast-charging up to 65W via a Type-C 3.1 port. We can also use this device as a power back because it also supports reverse charging through a Type-C port.
The device runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 at the top. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.1. Blue Breeze, Moonlight Black, and Starry Dream color options are available with this device.
