Oppo has unveiled the Oppo A93s 5G as an upgrade to the Oppo A93 5G. It is a budget 5G phone with decent specs. Let’s have a look at the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of the Oppo A93s 5G in Nepal.

Display and Design

Oppo A93s 5G comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a Full HD+ resolution. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The panel has a contrast ratio of 1500:1 and 600 nits of maximum brightness. Further, it has a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner for a front-facing camera.

Oppo A93s 5G Color Options

The phone has a similar design to Oppo F19 Pro. It has a rectangular camera module housing a triple camera setup and a LED Flash. Oppo has used liquid crystal diamond glass which shines in different colors. Moreover, it is available in three different color options: Black, Blue, and White.

Camera

Taking about the cameras, you get a triple camera setup on the back. The setup is led by a 48MP main sensor with an f/1.7. Completing the setup are a couple of 2MP macro and depth cameras for macro and portrait shots.

Similarly, it has an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. You can record 1080p and 1080p videos at 30fps (EIS) from both rear and front cameras. Also, the rear camera can record 720P videos at 120fps.

Performance and Memory

Under the hood, Oppo A93s 5G packs MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset. It features an eight-core CPU with a maximum frequency of 2.2Ghz and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. On the software front, it runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 on top.

It comes with only one storage configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Also, there is a dedicated MicroSD card slot for expanding storage up to 256GB.

The handset has five kinds of high thermal conductivity and heat dissipation materials with Smart heat dissipation technology, decreasing the core temperature by 12-degree Celsius.

Backing the phone is a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. You get a fingerprint sensor on the power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom frame. Furthermore, it features 5G, (2.4/5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and Type-C 2.0 port.
