Display and Design
Starting with the display, Oppo A55s 5G comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with an old-fashioned waterdrop notch at the top. Also, the panel has only HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Similarly, it has quite noticeable bezels around the display.
The handset is 8.5mm thick and weighs around 186g. It has a rectangular camera module on the top left corner of the plastic back panel. Furthermore, it is available in three different color options: Black, Blue, and Gold.

At the back, you get looking at a triple camera setup. The setup is led by a 13MP main sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. It is followed by a pair of 2MP macro and depth cams. Similarly, you get an 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. Moreover, it can record up to 1080p@30fps from both rear and front cameras.

The Oppo A55s 5G is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset based on a 7nm manufacturing process. It is a 5G chipset that has an octa-core CPU with 2.2Ghz of maximum clock speed. Likewise, Graphics are handled by Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The phone is available in China with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM combined with 128GB of internal storage. You can also expand the storage using an external MicroSD card.
