Moto G30 unveiled with 64MP quad camera, 90Hz display, 5000mAh battery

Motorola just unveiled Moto G30 along with Moto G10. Motorola is bringing back the mid-range G-series smartphones. There are only few differences between Moto G30 and G10. The Moto G30 is just like a pro/plus version of Moto G10. Here in this post, we will have a look at specifications, features, price and availability of Motorola Moto G30 in Nepal

Display and Design

The Motorola Moto G30 sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels which results in 20:9 aspect ratio. It has 90Hz refresh rate and ~269 ppi density. There is  a small notch at the top which house a front facing camera. Noticeable bezels and chin are common in budget phones.

The device measure 162.5 x 75.7 x 9.1 mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 200g. The back panel and frame are made up of plastic which helps to maintain the weight of the phone. There is a left-aligned camera module at the back with rear mounted fingerprint sensor on the side. The phone has hybrid SIM slot and water-repelling design.

Moto G30 flaunts a quad camera setup at the back with 64MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.7. It is followed by a 8MP ultrawide-lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and 1180 field of view. There are two additional 2MP macro and depth camera. It can record 1080p videos up to 60fps.

On the front, the phone features a 13MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2. It is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps.

The Motorola Moto G30 is powered by Snapdragon 662 which is based on 11nm process technology. It has 4x 2GHz Kryo 260 Gold and 4x 1.8GHz Kryo 260 silver. Graphics are handled by Adreno 610 GPU. It runs on android 11.
