Here, the Mi Band 6 has major changes in display over Mi Band 5. It has a pill-shaped 1.56-inch display. It is an AMOLED panel that has 450 nits of maximum brightness. The resolution is set at 152 x 486 pixels. As per the company, the display has 60+ watch faces which you can choose as per your choice. If you remember, the Mi Band 5 had a big chin and head which resulted in a rectangular display but now the chin and head are gone and have a big screen.
It is very light with a weight of just 24g (with strap) and feels very light on the hand. Look wise, The Mi Band 6 looks quite similar to other Mi bands. Like its predecessor, Mi Band 6 also has some health and tracking features. The band has a SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Saturation) tacking feature which checks your blood oxygen level. With the sleep monitoring feature you can record your sleep duration, deep sleep, light sleep, and also provides some advice for you to improve your sleeping habits.
It has a built-in PPG biosensor for measuring heart rate, keeps track of ups and downs during exercising and resting. There is a stress monitoring feature which tracks your stress levels and gives some tips to get relief from the stress. It also provides breathing exercises for 1-5 minutes monitoring your inhale pattern. The band comes with 30 fitness modes for making your exercise more efficient and recognizes 6 fitness modes such as outdoor running, treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, walking, and cycling which helps to concentrate on fitness.
For women, there is menstruation cycle tacking for determining cycle dates and fertility timelines.

Battery and other Specs
The Mi Band 6 is backed by a 125mAh battery which provides up to 14 days of battery backup for normal usage. If you turn ON the Power Saving Model then the battery can last up to 19 days. You get a magnet charger included in the box which can charge the device within two hours.
It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. Taking about other sensors, the band features a 3-axis accelerometer sensor, 3-axis gyroscope sensor, and so on. It is compatible with devices with Android 5+ and iOS 10.0+ operating systems.
