Display and Design
Starting with the display, iQOO Neo 5S sports a 6.62-inch AMOLED display. It has an FHD+ resolution and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports HDR10+ contents and can hit up to 1300 nits of brightness. Moreover, it has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout that houses a front-facing camera.
The phone is 8.4mm thick and weighs around 196g. It has a rectangular camera module that houses triple cameras and a LED flash. Unfortunately, you don’t get a 3.5mm headphone jack here. However, there are stereo speakers specs to enhance your audio consumption experience. Moreover, it is available in three different color options: Orange, Blue, and Black.

Moving on, there is a triple camera setup on the back. The setup is led by a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS. It is accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view. Similarly, the setup is completed by a 2MP macro camera.
Upfront, it has a 16MP selfie camera inside the punch hole cutout. The rear camera can record up to 4K videos at 30fps while the selfie camera is capable of recording up to 1080p videos only.

Under the hood, iQOO Neo 5S packs a Snapdragon 888 chipset. It is a 5nm-based chipset with an eight-core CPU having 2.84Ghz of maximum clock speed. Similarly, Graphics are handled by Adreno 660 GPU. Moreover, iQOO has provided different features for enhancing the gaming experience.
The handset is available in three different memory configurations: 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB. It lacks a microSD card slot which is very normal these days. On the software front, it runs on Origin OS Ocean on top of Android 11.
