iQOO Neo 5 Lite Overview
Display and Design
iQOO Neo5 Lite comes with a 6.57-inch FHD+ display with support for up to 144Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, it uses an IPS LCD technology. The panel support 16.7 million colors, P3 color gamut, HDR10 contents and has a contract ratio of 1500:1. It has a right-aligned punch-hole cutout that houses a front-facing camera.
The device has an 8.93mm thickness and weighs around 198.3g. It has a rectangular camera bump on the back that houses a vertically arranged triple camera setup and a LED flash. It is offered in two color options: Bingfeng White and Polar Night Black.
Camera
Although it has a triple camera setup on the back like the vanilla Neo5, the lenses are different. It has the same 48MP main camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and 2MP macro camera instead of 13MP ultrawide and 2MP depth cameras. Upfront, you get a 16MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.
There are different features like a night scene, portrait, VLOG mode, dynamic photo, AR cute shooting, and so on. The front camera can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps while the rear camera can go up to 4k@30fps.

Performance and Memory
The iQOO Neo 5 Lite is powered by Snapdragon 870 5G chipset based on the 7nm technology process. It is based on last year’s Snapdragon 865+ with slightly improved frequency. Adreno 650 GPU handles the graphics. It runs on OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11.
Users can choose between 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. Here, 12GB RAM is mated with 256GB UFS 3.1 based internal storage while the 8GB RAM is paired with either 128GB or 256GB of USF 3.1 based storage.
To enhance the gaming experience, it got stereo speakers, Multi-Turbo 5.0, an 11-layer liquid-cooled heat dissipation system, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The handset is fueled by a decent 4500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Vivo claims the 44W charger can charge the phone from 0-70% in just 30 minutes.
The phone supports 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
