Display and Design
Here, Huawei P50 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2700 x 1225 pixels. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera.
The phone has a big pill-shaped camera bump on the top. Inside the camera bump, there are two circular modules. The top module houses three cameras while the bottom one consists of a camera and a LED flash. Moreover, it is available in five different color options: Black, Blue, Gold, Pink, and White.
Camera
Moving on, It has a quad-camera setup on the back. The setup has a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). It is accompanied by a 40MP back & white lens with an f/1.6 aperture. There is a 13MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture.
Completing the setup is a 64MP periscope lens with an f/3.5 aperture and OIS. It has support for 3.5x optical zoom. Similarly, it has a 13MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture and Auto Focus (AF).
Performance and Memory
Huawei P50 Pro comes with two chipset options: Kirin 9000 and Snapdragon 888. Both chipsets are based on 5nm fabrication technology. However, Both models only support 4G connectivity. It will be interesting to see which model Huawei will launch globally.
Users can choose between 8GB or 12GB RAM. The 8GB RAM is available with 128/256/512GB storage while the 12GB RAM is available with only 512GB storage. Also, it has a MicroSD card slot for expanding storage up to 256GB.

Fueling the phone is a 4360mAh battery. It supports 66W fast wired charging and also supports 50W fast wireless charging. Similarly, the handset has an optical under-display fingerprint sensor and runs on HarmonyOS 2.0. Moreover, it features, 4G LTE, (2.4/5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, IR Blaster, and USB Type-C 3.1 port.

Huawei P50 Pro will go on pre-order from August 12 in China. It starts at CNY 5,988 for the 8/128GB model and goes up to CNY 7,488 depending upon the variant you choose. If it launches in Nepal we expect the Huawei P50 Pro to start at around NPR 149,999.
