Gionee has officially launched the Gionee M15 in Nepal. It is a budget gaming smartphone with an Helio G90 chipset, 48MP camera, and so on. Let’s have a look at the specifications, features, availability, and official price of the Gionee M15 in Nepal.

Display and Design

Gionee M15 sports a 6.67-inch screen with a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It uses an IPS LCD technology which is a little disappointing these days. Besides that, there is a center-aligned punch-hole cutout that encloses a front-facing camera. It has quite minimal bezels around the display.

The back panel has a rectangular camera module that houses a quad-camera setup and a LED flash. You also get a Gionee branding on the bottom left corner and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is available in two color options: Blue and Gray.

Camera

The phone has a quad-camera setup on the back. The setup is led by a 48MP primary sensor accompanied by a 5MP ultrawide lens. Completing the setup is a pair of 2MP macro and depth cameras for macro and portrait shots.

Upfront, it has a 16MP selfie camera. Users can record 1080p videos at 30fps from both rear and front cameras.

Under the hood, Gionee M15 has a MediaTek Helio G90 chipset based on a 12nm process. The chipset features an eight-core CPU with two Cortex-A76 cores with a clock speed of 2.05Ghz and six Cortex-A55 cores with a clock speed of 2.0Ghz. Graphics are handled by Mali-G76 MC4 GPU.

It comes with two RAM variants – 6GB or 8GB paired with 128GB of internal storage. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding storage. It comes with a MediaTek HyperEngine Technology for a smooth gameplay experience.

Backing the phone is a big 5100mAh battery that has support for 18W fast charging. It runs on Android 11 out of the box. Moreover, it features, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Type-C port.
