What is CRN Number?
CRN Number is a unique number required to be eligible to apply for the IPO. It is normally provided by the bank itself after your DMAT Account is activated. If you have forgotten the CRN number then you can visit your bank or you can simply follow the steps mentioned in this article.
Here, we will explain how you can recover your CRN Number from the Mero Share Website from both Mobile and Desktop.
Step 1: First Copy the JavaScript code mentioned below:
javascript:(function () {var script = document.createElement(‘script’); script.src=”//cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/eruda”; document.body.appendChild(script); script.onload = function () { eruda.init()}})();
Step 2: Now go to your browser (Google Chrome Recommended). Click on the three-dot button on the top right corner. Then click on the bookmark (star symbol)
Step 3: After that, you will see the edit option in the bottom right corner. Click on the edit button. Give a name to this bookmark (I am giving it Mero) and past the JavaScript code we copied earlier in the URL section.
Step 4: Now, it’s time to log in to your meroshare account. After you logged into your Mero Share dashboard, click on the hamburger menu (three-line) on the top left corner.
Step 5: Then click on the “My Bank Request” option which will display some details like your name, bank name, branch name, and so on.
Step 6: Now, click on the top section of the page containing the page URL. Now, search for the name of the bookmark (which I set was Mero) and click on the bookmark name.
Step 7: A setting icon will appear on your screen. Click on the setting icon and select “Network” among the different options available there.
Step 8: Again, click on the setting icon and which eventually closes the setting. Then refresh the page by clicking on the hamburger menu (three-line menu) and go to the dashboard and again come back to the “My Bank Request” section.
Step 9: Click on the setting icon once again and go to the Network panel. Now, you will see varieties of new options over there.
Step 10: Click on the last options (Mine is 1701) which will show different information.
Step 11: Then go to the “Find in Page” option by clicking on the three-dot option on the top right corner.
Step 12: Now, search “CRN” and the system will automatically highlight the “crn” text. Right after the crnNumber text, you will see your CRN Number. You can either copy your CRN number or note it somewhere.
Steps to Find Lost CRN Number (Desktop):
Step 1: First of all, log in to your Mero Share account and go to the “My Bank Request” section.
Step 2: Now, right-click on your screen and then click on the “Inspect” option.
Step 3: Click on the “Network” option and go to the “Fetch/XHR” section. If it asks to click CTRl+R then enter it other leave it as it is.
Step 4: Now refresh your “My Bank Request” page as you normally do to refresh other pages. Then there will appear several news options under the “Fetch/XDR” section.
Step 5: Click on the last few options and you will get your CRN Number which will be labeled after crnNumber text.
